THE PROCESS

Please fill out the family application.

After your application has been processed, we will email applicants to schedule a phone interview to learn more about your family. If the family decides to move forward with Precious Nannies , a $250.00 non refundable fee is required before we conduct a search. The non refundable fee is applied towards your placement fee.

Precious Nannies will find the most suitable fit for your family and will get the interview process started between nannies and family.

Once the family has interviewed all candidates, the family will choose a nanny that is a good fit for their family.

Precious Nannies will then run background checks on both nanny and family.

Once both background checks clear, the nanny and family can discuss start date for the nanny.

What does a placement fee cover? The placement fee covers all of the due diligence that Precious Nannies conducts to ensure that you get the best fit for your family.

Do you have a contract agreement we (client) can follow between Nanny and Family? Yes, Precious Nannies does provide a contract example to families that may need one.

NANNY REQUIREMENTS

Must be 21 years old .

Must have High School Diploma or GED.

Must be legal to work in the U.S.

Must provide a Valid U.S. ID or Driver's License and Social Security Card

Must have at least three years of prior childcare experience.

Must have at least three references.

Must be current with CPR , TB shot and Physical Exam.

Must be willing to commit to a family for at least one year and be willing to run a background check and motor vehicle check .
